Payment Method
• Paypal and credit cards: We accept paypal, Visa, Master, American Express and Discover cards. You will be transferred to paypal website and may need to create a paypal account when making your payment.
• Company or personal check: We accept checks from US bank only. Please make your check payable to Direx International LLC and mail your payment to 18117 Royal Bonnet Circle, Montgomery Village, MD 20886. We will hold your order for 10 days and won't ship your orders until your check is cleared.
• Sales Tax: Direx-int.com will automatically charge and retain the applicable sales tax for all orders.
• Processing fee $2.00 will be added if your total product order is less than $15.

Shipping Policy
• All in-stock items are usually shipped in 1 to 3 days after we receive your payment.
• All out-of-stock items are usually shipped in 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your payment. We will contact you by email or phone for delivery schedule if we cannot fulfill your order in 3 weeks.
• All orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please choose your desired shipping option when checking out order.

Return Policy
• The customer must contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product purchased from direx-int.com.
• Shipping and processing fee will NOT be refunded. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges (sending to us and returning back to customers) and risk of loss on all returning shipment.
• Defective products may be exchanged for the same or a comparable product. Direx-int.com reserves the right to verify the defectiveness of the product once we receive it.
• No return, refund or replacement will be issued after 30 days of the shipping date.
